Biography

Barbara has been the Assistant Head of School and Director of Admissions at Village School since 1999. She earned a BA from Gettysburg College and a Parent Educators certification from the Center for the Improvement of Child Caring. She is a certified Parent Education Instructor and has been teaching parents for nearly 30 years. For more than 20 years, Barbara served as the Parent Education Coordinator at The Center for Individual & Family Counseling in North Hollywood. Prior to working at Village, Barbara worked at an independent school in the valley, and as a para-professional counselor at a low cost mental health center.
