Admissions Process

We know this is an important and exciting time as you reflect on the next steps of your child’s educational journey. We also understand the anxiety that can too often accompany it. Our goal is to make your time getting to know Village comfortable, transparent, and as stress-free as possible. 

Steps to Learn More & Apply

1. FILL OUT OUR ONLINE INQUIRY FORM

Please CLICK HERE to access our online inquiry form and be added to our mailing list. You will receive information about Village and reminders about upcoming events. 

2. GET TO KNOW VILLAGE- Admissions Events

During the fall, we offer a variety of opportunities to visit campus, learn more about our school, and meet with members of our community.  Individual tours led by Village School Parent Ambassadors are offered once an application has been submitted. Please CLICK HERE to see all events. 

3. APPLY (applications for 2026-27 are due December 1, 2025)

Please CLICK HERE to access our online application portal for the 2026-2027 school year. This is where you can keep track of requirements and deadlines, and submit all necessary forms. 

Applications are due December 1, 2025. (Siblings of current Village students have an earlier application deadline of October 20, 2025.) There is no advantage to submitting an application quickly, so please don’t feel any pressure! We want you to have a good sense of Village and the ways it might be a good fit for your family before completing the application.
