Curriculum Overview

Village School’s interdisciplinary curriculum meets students where they are rather than forcing them into a one-size-fits-all model of instruction.
At Village School, we prioritize the individual growth of each student. We believe in nurturing wonder, joy, and challenge, not just as buzzwords, but as the framework for how we teach and how we believe students learn best. As children progress from the lower elementary to our Upper Division, we focus on developing fundamental skills, including critical thinking, creative problem-solving, teamwork, and clear communication. We want our students to bounce back from setbacks, stay curious, and genuinely love learning.
Our approach goes beyond checking off boxes. We’re building knowledge and character together, encouraging one another to work hard and do good.
